Autumn 2 Curriculum Overview

Never forget your PE kit again! Find out the routines for your child's year group here.

Homework will be handed out to children on a Friday to be returned on the following Wednesday.

Spellings will be given out on Monday and tested the following Monday.

We recommend that you read regularly with your child at home and use the reading record to record this. To develop your child's reading, please read a range of fiction and non-fiction texts together and independently.

Good To Be Green

The ‘Good to be Green scheme is an effective way of promoting positive behaviour, rewarding those pupils who consistently behave appropriately, and is a means of being able to track those pupils who find it harder to meet the school’s expected behaviour.

The scheme is very visual, with child friendly resources which allow our pupils to easily see how they are doing in class. We believe that it is important to promote a positive message regarding behaviour management at all times- ‘Good to be Green’ is a means of promoting our high expectations of positive behaviour. If a child has not had a good day, they can start afresh the following day.
