Joining Our Federation

We are proud of our approach to developing a sustainable leadership model of education and welcome informal discussions about working with other schools. 

Federation means that we are developing a range of staff to have expertise in their particular area such as curriculum or leadership. Recently this capacity enabled us to support a local partner school with different aspects of school development work in 2018/19. In 2020 our Executive Headteacher worked as a member of an Interim Executive Board to support a primary school.
